SHIPPING

Guigo offers shipping to Canada and the United States – please send a message to inquire about international shipping costs. Local pick-up is available to Montreal-based customers, or visiting customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and always include a tracking number. When items are in stock, orders will usually be fulfilled within 3 business days. Made to order items will have longer delays, as displayed on each item’s respective page. Unforeseen material availability could also delay shipments – the buyer will be notified if this should be the case. *Please note that taxes, customs clearance and brokerage fees are at the customers’ expense.

RETURNS

Most items are hand made to order, therefore they are non-refundable. If you truly are dissatisfied by your purchase, please send it back unused, it its original packaging, and within 10 days after reception – that way we can work out the issue. If you suspect faulty workmanship, please e-mail photos so the issue can be evaluated. If the item appears to have been used or damaged, a return request can be refused. *Personalized tote bags are 100% non-refundable and considered final sales. All additional shipping costs are at the customers’ expense. When returning an item please use a trackable service with insurance – any lost item will not be refunded.

SERVICE

All goods are “made to be passed on” – this means unquestionable durability – if there’s a flaw in workmanship, or if a product is defective, the issue will be evaluated and a repair will be offered if the product is indeed defective – repairs are not guaranteed. Natural wear and tear issues will not be granted repairs. Due to the handmade nature of the products, and materials used in the collection (vegetable tanned leather, sterling silver, solid brass), the ageing process of the products is unpredictable and dependent on the user, therefore it cannot be covered. All cosmetic marks such as stains, scratches, dents, patina and oxidation are all part of your goods’ life cycle and will not be considered faults.

Payments are processed through Stripe, accepting most major credit cards, and PayPal.
